1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- If a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and services have not yet begun.
- If Launchora LLC is unable to provide the service as agreed due to circumstances within our control.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or completed, including but not limited to:
- Consultations and strategy sessions.
- Custom graphics, cover design guidance, or marketing materials already created.
- Advertising campaigns that have been launched or funds already spent on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Amazon).
- Services fully delivered according to the agreed plan.
3. Partial Refunds
In cases where services have started but not been fully completed, Launchora LLC may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund based on the amount of work already delivered.
4. Refund Process

- Requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently to maximize the success of every book launch, outcomes such as sales, rankings, and reader engagement depend on multiple factors outside our control. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued based on dissatisfaction with sales results.
